Christmas Set Menus

This is our Christmas Menu selection leading up to Christmas, however we are closed Christmas Day & re-open on Boxing Day. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Menu 1

1-1-1  $48.50 per person  
Entree
Huon Tasmanian Smoked Salmon Salad
with pomegranate, fetta, cucumber ribbons, walnut, beetroot and baby spinach with a merlot vinagrette

Main
Roasted Aldinga Turkey wrapped in champagne ham, sticky madeira glazed potatoes,
roasted parsnips and carrots with an orange and cranberry relish

Dessert
Artisan Christmas Pudding with vanilla cherries and brandy crème anglaise with vanilla cherries
and brandy crème anglaise

1-2-1  $55 per person, with alternate main course
