Group Menu A - $33 per person

House made dips, marinated local olives, toasted ciabatta, dukkha and toasted pitta with EVOO V (VE & GF available) 



Choice of Main Course

- Beef or chicken parmigiana with chips and salad

- Salt and pepper squid with chips and salad 

- Pan Fried Potato Gnocchi with Pumpkin, peas, walnut, basil and rocket, roasted garlic and preserved lemon dressing (V)

 

 

 

Group Menu B - $43 per person

Choice of Main Course

- Roasted 300gm MSA Sirloin with boulongere potatoes, seeded mustard and parsley compound butter, broccoli

- Salt and Pepper Coorong Mullet with soft herb potato salad, aioli, pickled onion, heirloom tomato salsa

- Sumac crusted chicken brest with garlic spiced pitta crisps, citrus and pearl couscous salsa, corriander and mint

- Pan fried broccoli Fritters mango, cucumber, mint and chilli salsa (VE contains peanuts)

 

Dessert choices: Select one for $8 pp, or a choice of two for $13pp

• Bread and Butter Pudding with a crème anglaise and vanilla ice cream
• Sticky date pudding with a butterscotch sauce
• Orange and almond cake with orange syrup and cream GF
• Passionfruit pannacotta with almond biscotti and passionfruit coulis
• Chocolate and cherry pithivier with vanilla anglaise and chocolate ice cream
• Baked lemon curd tart

You may provide your own cake as dessert, with the following charges:
$2 per person – organiser to cut and serve, the hotel will provide cutlery and crockery
$5 per person – hotel chefs to cut and serve with cream and coulis
