Group Menu A - $33 per person

To Start
Shared plate
Hummus, roasted beetroot tzatziki dips, marinated local olives, toasted ciabatta, house made dukkah and EVOO (V, VG & GF AVAIL)

Choice of Main Course

- Beef or chicken parmigiana with chips and salad

- Salt and pepper squid with chips and salad 

- Pan fried potato gnocchi with roasted pumpkin, green peas, asparagus, rocket, chilli, walnuts and garlic topped with shaved pecorino V 

 

 

Group Menu B - $43 per person

Choice of Main Course

- Roasted 300gm MSA Sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes, wilted kale and baby spinach with a red wine jus and shallot butter (GF)

- Crispy Cone Bay Barramundi with a red curry sauce, bok choy, shallots, jasmine rice and a caramelized pineapple sambal 

Smoked paprika seared chicken breast, with patatas bravas, chorizo, chipotle, tomato, white bean and flat leaf parsley salsa with EVOO (GF)

- Baked polenta, tomato and wild mushroom ragu with a salsa verde (V, VE)

 

Dessert choices: Select one for $8 pp, or a choice of two for $13pp

• Bread and Butter Pudding with a crème anglaise and vanilla ice cream
• Sticky date pudding with a butterscotch sauce
• Orange and almond cake with orange syrup and cream GF
• Passionfruit pannacotta with almond biscotti and passionfruit coulis
• Chocolate and cherry pithivier with vanilla anglaise and chocolate ice cream
• Baked lemon curd tart

You may provide your own cake as dessert, with the following charges:
• $2 per person – organiser to cut and serve, the hotel will provide cutlery and crockery
• $5 per person – hotel chefs to cut and serve with cream and coulis
