This is our Christmas Menu selection leading up to Christmas, however we are closed Christmas Day & re-open on Boxing Day. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Menu 1

1:1:1 $50 per person

Entrée
Huon Tasmanian Smoked Salmon Salad with watercress, micro herbs, kipfler potato and avocado salad and a roasted caper and Spanish onion dressing

Main Course
Roasted SA Aldinga Free Range Turkey in champagne ham with chateaux potatoes, parsnip, carrot and broccoli gratin and an orange and cranberry relish

Dessert
Artisan Village Baker Christmas Pudding with brandy and cherry compote and a vanilla anglaise

1:2:1 $60 per person, with alternate main course
