toasted pumpkin seeds and hommus with a smoked paprika and capsicum salad 



Roasted free range chicken breast served with crispy polenta,
blistered heirloom tomatoes and peppers, micro herb salad and basil pesto 


Wholegrain mustard crusted Terra Rossa Sirloin with spring onion and roasted garlic
creamed potato, asparagus and black olive tomato salsa topped with a shiraz glaze



Salted caramel tart with vanilla crème fraiche and strawberry coulis
