Personalised Tastings Existing customers, private individuals or companies can book the Tasting Cellar so they may hold a tasting of their own wines or wines chosen from the shop's comprehensive range. Our staff are always delighted to make suggestions and recommendations and tutors can be booked if required.   Tastings at The Ed.         The GREAT Edinburgh Shiraz Challenge 2008 is almost here. With over 250 wines to try this is the BIGGEST consumer event of its kind in Australia and probably the world.     To be held on Sunday June 29th from 11am til 4pm this is not to be missed. Entry is only $25 with a $5 voucher to use in the cellars.  Plus there is the chance to win one of every wine on tasting.
