Dips, soup or dessert + platters = $36.00 per person.

 

Select 1 from the following:

  • Trio of dips served with warm pita bread
  • Soup of the day
  • Cocktail petit fours: Lemon curd tarts, chocolate eclairs, strawberry and creme pattisiere tartlets, pecan and walnut tarts and lemon meringue pies (2 p/p)

Select 4 from the following platter menu:

  • Salmon nicoise salad, roasted Atlantic salmon, green beans, cocktail potatoes, hard boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, red onion, anchovies (optional), baby spinach and garlic mayonnaise. V
  • Tasmanian smoked salmon with a horseradish, dill, cucumber and watercress salad.
  • Spicy chicken breast strips with a n avocado, mango and corriander salad.
  • The ED caesar salad with bacon, cos lettuce, poached egg, anchovies, parmesan and croutons V option available.
  • Ed smoked chicken fattoush salad, cos lettuce, avocado, bocconcini, semi-dried tomatoes, garlic croutons and a preserved lemon and dill dressing.  V
  • Middle eastern style slow roasted shoulder of lamb, with a chickpea, date, cous cous and mint salad, spiced tomatoes, harrisa, hommus and honey yoghurt.
  • Morrocan goat curry, slow braised with chickpeas, apricots, dates, saffron and cinnamon with steamed rice and mint yoghurt. GF
