Adult’s lunch menu
$65.00 per person, 3 course lunch

Entrée
Rosemary and mint lamb risotto, green peas and parmesan
or
Huon Smoked Salmon salad, caramelised balsamic baby beetroots, cucumber ribbons, 
blistered peppers and a soft herb crème fraiche

Main Course
Tandoori baked NT Barramundi, saffron pilaf, spiced vegetables and mango yoghurt
or
ED Coq-Au-Vin, red wine marinated chicken breast, baby onions, bacon, mushrooms, 
creamed potatoes and green beans in a rich cabernet jus 

Dessert
Chocolate and pear gateaux, chocolate sponge, French vanilla cream and pear jelly

Vegetarian Option

  Pumpkin, basil and pea risotto, shaved parmesan
Main Course  Lentil tomato salsa and crispy polenta salad, rocket pesto
