Situated in the leafy southern Adelaide suburb of Mitcham, The Edinburgh Cellars has serviced local, Interstate & Overseas clientele for more than a decade.

Now one of Australia's largest ranges of premium wines is accessible to anyone who can click on a mouse. With a huge range of back vintage wines and hard-to-get labels such as Henschke Hill of Grace, Rockford, Glaetzer, Giaconda, Kalleske, Torbreck, Chris Ringland's Three Rivers and many, many more. Just browsing through our catalogue is an adventure in itself. Please remember if its NOT listed it doesn't mean we won't be able to find it for you....if in doubt ASK!

Peter Welch
Cellars Manager


Peter heads up the Ed Cellars team and brings in a wealth of expertise and experience, having run a restaurant and managed various fine wine establishments.  His knowlege is rounded out through his extensive travels through European wine regions, including a three month stint in Italy.
 

 

 

 Bevan Ferguson

An eternally cheerful character, Bevan undertook the 'baptism of a lifetime' with his first vintage in 1995 at Rockford in the Barossa Valley.  This created a passion which has spawned barrels and barrels of his own vino, and lots of drinking other people's!

 

Marina Goldsworthy

 

After many (many) years in hospitality including a senior role at the venerable Bridgewater Mill Restaurant, Marina decided to choose the easy life of wine at the Ed.
